PERFECT HORMONES SMOOTHIE
1/2 cup organic spinach or kale (blanched with boiling water)
1/2 cup–1 cup organic dark berries (i.e. blueberries)
1/4-1/2 avocado (depending on size)
2 scoops Hydrolyzed Collagen or Perfect Plant Protein
1 tsp Spirulina + Chlorella (optional - not tasty but a powerful detoxifier i.e. mold, heavy metals)
1 scoop Acai powder (optional)
1 scoop Matcha + Moringa powder (optional)
1 Tsp Maca powder (by Terrasoul)
1.5 cups Filtered water (fill to 16 oz. in your blender or to your consistency preference)
Blend until smooth and no longer cold - enjoy!
