60-75 minutes. Your first visit includes a comprehensive intake, tongue and pulse diagnosis, and a personalized acupuncture treatment based on your unique constitution and health goals.

45-60 minutes. Follow-up sessions include a brief check-in, pulse and tongue diagnosis, and a tailored acupuncture treatment to support ongoing healing and balance.

Acupuncture + Cupping: $150

60-75 minutes. Combines traditional acupuncture with therapeutic cupping to release muscle tension, improve circulation, and relieve pain and stagnation.

60 minutes. A deeply restorative session blending acupuncture with a meditative sound healing experience using tuning forks, crystal bowls, or other instruments to harmonize body and mind.

35-45 minutes. Gentle, child-friendly treatments for children ages 1-16 using non-invasive techniques like acupressure, shonishin (Japanese pediatric tools), and minimal needling to support immunity, digestion, sleep, and emotional regulation.

Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) Training: $600

In this 4-week series, you will learn to put the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) into practice in your daily life. We will cover ovulation physiology and how to use a menstrual cycle mapping practice to support your TTC/TTA journey throughout all life stages. We will meet for 90 minutes per session over 4 weeks.

The complete class series includes:

*    A free 200-page spiral-bound Journal & Cycle Mapping Guide with all of the class material in full-color, blank charts for mapping your cycles, embodiment practices including meditation and qigong exercises, and blank pages for journaling your experience and note-taking during class. 

*    A BBT thermometer to make tracking your daily basal temperatures. 

*    Three x 1:1 chart review and coaching sessions and ongoing text support. We will go over your next three cycle-charts since you've started learning the practice from me.
